Changes were made due to the additional responsibilities for location of sewer <br />and water service laterals in City rights-of-way. Staff will walk through our thoughts on <br />requirements of contractors and new construction versus repairs. We will also discuss fees <br />recently passed by the City Council to cover some of the cost of obtaining this infoffi1ation and <br />maintaining permanent record of it. <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br />
