Has a project for the
new access been included in the City's Capital Improvement Program? Has a schedule been
established in order to select the new access? Mn/DOT believes that construction in 2008 is
reasonable.

Please keep in mind that if the ciry does not move forward or moves forward to slowly,
Mn/DOT will close the median immediately.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 651/582-1301.

Sincer~
~oess
t:t E~gineer

CC: Chris Roy
Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director
Roseville City Council
Representative Mindy Greiling
Senator John Marty
Dan Soler, Ramsey County Traffic Engineer
Jan Parker, Ramsey County Commissioner

An equal opportunity employer
