<br />APPENDIX A <br /> <br />801.17: REPAIR OF LEAKS <br /> <br />It shall be the responsibility ofthe consumer or owner to maintain the service pipe from <br />the water main into the house or building. In case of failure upon the part of any <br />consumer or owner to repair any leak occurring in such pipe within twenty four (24) <br />hours after verbal or written notice, the water will be shut off and will not be turned on <br />until the leak is repaired. When the waste of water is great, or when damage is likely to <br />result from the leak, the water may be turned off immediately pending repairs. A water <br />shutoff charge shall be made in an amount set by City Council resolution. (Ord. 530, 3- <br />20-67; amd. 1995 Code) <br /> <br />801.19: RESTRICTIONS AGAINST SPRINKLING AND <br /> <br />OTHER LIMITATIONS <br />All water customers and consumers shall be governed by the applicable regulations <br />promulgated by the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul as to <br />limitations in the time and manner of using water and such other applicable regulations <br />promulgated by the City Council affecting the preservation, regulation and protection <br />of the water supply.
