CITY OF ROSEVILLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM To create concrete realities from planning concepts, implementation programs are needed. The following plans and programs of the City of Roseville have been identified by the Planning Commission and City Council as part of the Implementation Program for the Comprehensive Plan. In broad categories the implementation program includes: · Capital Improvements Plan · Economic Development Plan and Program · Zoning/Land Use and City Codes · Park Improvement Plan and Program · Neighborhood Master Plans and Development Programs · Pathway Plan and Improvement Program . Corridor Improvement Plans · Business Park Master Plan and Development Programs · Housing and Neighborhood Enhancement Programs · Environmental Protection Programs . Pavement Management Program · Borders and Buffers Plan and Program · Collaborative Planning: Metro Council, I-35W Coalition, and Ramsey GIS What follows is a discussion of each of the plans and programs. 1. AnnualS Year Guide, 1 Year Plan Capital Improvements Program (Appendices -12.11A) The City of Roseville has a 5 year Capital Improvements Program and annually reviews the Capital Improvements Plan. The Planning Commission's involvement is required to determine comprehensive plan and zoning consistency for capital improvements. Annually, this activity occurs in March or April. Once the Planning Corrunission has reviewed the Capital Improvements Plan at a public hearing, the recommendation on the 1 year plan and 5 year guide are forwarded to the City Council for inclusion in their budget deliberations in June, July and August. Copies of the Capital Improvements Plan are on file with the Community Development Office, the Finance Office, and the City Manager's Office.
