<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />To create concrete realities from planning concepts, implementation programs are <br />needed. The following plans and programs of the City of Roseville have been identified <br />by the Planning Commission and City Council as part of the Implementation Program <br />for the Comprehensive Plan. In broad categories the implementation program includes: <br /> <br />· Capital Improvements Plan <br />· Economic Development Plan and Program <br />· Zoning/Land Use and City Codes <br />· Park Improvement Plan and Program <br />· Neighborhood Master Plans and Development Programs <br />· Pathway Plan and Improvement Program <br />. Corridor Improvement Plans <br />· Business Park Master Plan and Development Programs <br />· Housing and Neighborhood Enhancement Programs <br />· Environmental Protection Programs <br />. Pavement Management Program <br />· Borders and Buffers Plan and Program <br />· Collaborative Planning: Metro Council, I-35W Coalition, and Ramsey GIS <br /> <br />What follows is a discussion of each of the plans and programs. <br /> <br />1. AnnualS Year Guide, 1 Year Plan Capital Improvements Program <br />(Appendices -12.11A) <br /> <br />The City of Roseville has a 5 year Capital Improvements Program and annually <br />reviews the Capital Improvements Plan. The Planning Commission's <br />involvement is required to determine comprehensive plan and zoning <br />consistency for capital improvements. Annually, this activity occurs in March or <br />April. Once the Planning Corrunission has reviewed the Capital Improvements <br />Plan at a public hearing, the recommendation on the 1 year plan and 5 year guide <br />are forwarded to the City Council for inclusion in their budget deliberations in <br />June, July and August.
