Introductions/Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission members present: Joel Fischer, Randy Neprash, Ernie <br />Willenbring and Doug Wilke <br /> <br />Commission members absent: none <br /> <br />Staff present: Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director; Deb Bloom, City <br />Engineer <br /> <br />Others present: none <br /> <br />Commission Members Randy Neprash and Ernie Willenbring were sworn <br />in for new terms. <br /> <br />2. Public Comments <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />3. Approval of March meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Neprash had two changes in the minutes. On Page 2, Item 6, <br />third paragraph, he said he wasn't concerned with the transition between <br />residential pathways to pathways in commercial areas, he was concerned <br />about the last link from the pathway and the street to the doors of the <br />stores. <br /> <br />On Page 3, Item 8, fourth paragraph, what he had suggested was not a <br />pathway on Rosegate itself, but an extension of the pathway from County <br />Road C down to Rosegate. <br /> <br />Member Neprash moved to approve the minutes of March 28, 2006, of the <br />Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission.
