<br />(e) All construction site waste, such as discarded building materials, concrete <br />truck washout, chemicals, litter, and sanitary waste at the construction site <br />shall be properly managed and disposed of so they will not have an adverse <br />impact on water quality. <br /> <br />(f) All erosion and sediment controls shall be installed before commencing the <br />land disturbing activity, and shall not be removed without District approval or <br />until the District has issued a certificate of completion. <br /> <br />(g) The permittee shall be responsible for proper operation and maintenance of all <br />erosion and sediment controls, and soil stabilization measures, in conformance <br />with Best Management Practices and the requirements of the NPDES General <br />Construction Permit.
