<br />(e) For projects over one acre of disturbed area, documentation that the project <br />applicant has applied for a NPDES General Construction Permit shall be <br />submitted as well as the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) <br />prepared for the NPDES permit. <br /> <br />5. EXCEPTIONS. <br /> <br />(a) Rule F and its requirements will not apply to development less than I acre in <br />size for all land uses, unless such development: <br /> <br />(I) Is within the 100-year floodplain and greater than 1,000 sq. ft. <br /> <br />(2) Is adjacent to a public water or protected wetland and greater than <br />1,000 sq. ft. <br /> <br />(b) Rule F and its requirements will not ap <br />farming, research, or horticulture. <br /> <br /> <br />ually cultivated land used for <br /> <br />Rule G: <br /> <br />1. REGULATION. This Rule shall apply to all water entering the storm drain <br />system generated on any developed and undeveloped lands unless explicitly <br />exempted by the District.
