<br />(e) For projects over one acre of disturbed area, documentation that the project <br />applicant has applied for a NPDES General Construction Permit shall be <br />submitted as well as the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) <br />prepared for the NPDES permit. <br /> <br />5. REGULATION. This Rule shall apply to all water entering the storm drain <br />system generated on any developed and undeveloped lands unless explicitly <br />exempted by the District.
