CRITERIA. <br /> <br />(a) Connection to the District's MS4 System must comply with the following <br />criteria: <br /> <br />(1) New direct connections and replacement of existing connections will be <br />completed using a method that is approved by the District. <br /> <br />(2) Peak flow rate, the total volume of flow, and the timing of the flow for <br />new connections must be managed to not cause new water conveyance <br />problems or exacerbate existing water conveyance problems in the Trout <br />Brook Interceptor. Enlargement of existing connections is considered a <br />new connection. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Discharge Prohibitions. ~ <br /> <br />(1) Prohibition of Illegal Dischar. erson or political subdivision <br />shall discharge or cause to be . charge 0 the municipal storm drain <br />system or watercourses an a' als, including but not limited to <br />pollutants or waters contain' pollutants that cause or contribute to <br />a violation of applicable ter q standards, other than storm water. <br /> <br /> <br />'ons. The <br />District may, without prior notice, suspend MS4 discharge access to a <br />person when such suspension is necessary to stop an actual or threatened <br />discharge which presents or may present imminent and substantial <br />danger to the environment, or to the health or welfare of persons, or to <br />the MS4 or Waters of the United States.
