<br />(h) Construction dewatering plan and construction water control and treatment <br />plan. <br /> <br />5. EXCEPTIONS. The commencement, conduct or continuance of any illegal <br />discharge to the storm drain system is prohibited except as described as follows. <br /> <br />(a) The following discharges are exempt from discharge prohibitions <br />established by this Rule: water line flushing or other potable water sources, <br />landscape irrigation or lawn watering, diverted stream flows, rising ground <br />water, ground water infiltration to storm drains, uncontaminated pumped <br />ground water, foundation or footing drains (not including active <br />groundwater dewatering systems), crawl space pumps, air conditioning <br />condensation, springs, non-commercial washing of vehicles, natural riparian <br />habitat or wet-land flows, swimming poo (if dechlorinated - typically less <br />than one PPM chlorine), fire fighting a ities, and any other water source <br />not containing Pollutants. <br /> <br /> <br />t requires a verbal notification to <br /> <br />(b) Discharges specified in writing b <br />public health and safety. <br /> <br />(c) Dye testing is an allowable <br />the District prior to the time 0 <br /> <br />(d) The prohibition sha any non-storm water discharge permitted <br />under an NPDES pe aiver, or waste discharge order issued to the <br />discharger and under the authority of the Federal <br />Environment Agency, provided that the discharger is in full <br />compliance WI Ire, rements of the permit, waiver, or order and other <br />applicable laws an lations, and provided that written approval has been <br />granted for any discharge to the storm drain system. <br /> <br />Rule H: <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT <br /> <br />1. MISDEMEANOR. A violation of these Rules, an order, or stipulation <br />agreement made, or a permit issued by the District is a misdemeanor subject <br />to penalties as provided by Minnesota law. <br /> <br />2. METHOD OF ENFORCEMENT. The District may exercise all powers <br />conferred upon it by Minnesota Statutes Chapter I03D.
