<br />wholly or in part shall be resubmitted for a period of six months from the date <br />of said denial, except on grounds of new evidence or proof of change of <br />conditions found to be valid by the District. <br /> <br />3. TERM. The term of a variance shall be concurrent with the associated permit. <br /> <br />4. VIOLATION. A violation of any condition set forth in a variance shall be a <br />violation of the District rules, and shall automatically terminate the variance. <br /> <br />Rule J: <br /> <br />SEVERABILITY <br /> <br />1.
