<br />RESOLUTION 06-XX <br /> <br />CAPITOL REGION WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SETING FEES AND SURETY RATES FOR WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />PERMITTING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Capitol Region Watershed District (hereinafter "District") on December 14, 2000 <br />adopted the it's Watershed Management Plan, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Watershed Management Plan provided for watershed district rules, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 103D.341 gives the Board of Managers the authority to adopt <br />watershed district rules, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the District adopted watershed district rules on September 6, 2006, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the District has developed a permitting progr to implement watershed district rules, <br />and <br /> <br /> <br />t to ch a permit application fee and field <br />tion of the area affected by the proposed <br />consultant, and any required subsequent <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MN Statute 103D.345 authorizes the Di <br />inspection fee to cover actual costs related to the i <br />activity, analysis of the proposed activity, servic <br />monitoring of the proposed activity, and <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that <br />schedule; and <br /> <br />adopts the attached 2006/2007 fee and surety <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that <br />based on a review and analysis of <br /> <br />annually review and adopt the fee and surety schedule <br />pection costs. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Board of Managers <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE BOARD OF <br />MANAGERS OF THE CAPITOL REGION <br />WATERSHED DISTRICT. <br /> <br />Robert Piram, President <br />
