<br />RESOLUTION 06-XX <br /> <br />CAPITOL REGION WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND SETING A CONTRIBUTION AMOUNT FOR A STORMW A TER <br />IMPACT FUND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Capitol Region Watershed District (hereinafter "District") has rules that require volume <br />reduction to be achieved by all projects greater than one acre in size; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, volume reduction best management practices protect surface water quality and recharge <br />groundwater; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the District has a goal of achieving volume reduction on all permitted projects; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the technical advisory committee recommended to the Board of Managers that an alternative <br />compliance procedure be established for projects that have difficulties meeting the volume reduction standard <br />on site; and <br /> <br /> <br />to the Stormwater Impact Fund will be spent <br />Ian; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the alternative compliance procedure has, as a fi ayment to a stormwater impact fund; <br />and <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the District shall, one year of adopting rules, develop a <br />Stormwater Impact Fund Implementation Plan, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the money <br />according to the Stormwater Impact Fund Im <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that proj <br />impervious surfaces of a proj ect site <br /> <br />s shall contribute an amount equal to $40,000 per acre of <br /> <br />Adopted by the Board of Managers <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE BOARD OF <br />MANAGERS OF THE CAPITOL <br />REGION WATERSHED DISTRICT <br /> <br />Robert P.
