Approval of May meeting minutes <br /> <br />Member Willenbring moved to approve the minutes of May 23,2006, of <br />the Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission. Communication Items <br /> <br />Duane Schwartz presented the revised rules for Capital Region Watershed <br />District.
