<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 24, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 24, <br />1966 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields, <br /> <br />and no members were absent. <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1451 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING <br />ON IMPROVE~ffiNT - 65-46 <br /> <br />WHRREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1409 of the Rosevi11e <br />Village Council adopted on December 6, 1965, a report has been prepared <br />by Banister Engineering Company with reference to the improvement of <br />that real property situate in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, legally described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />The Southerly 1046' of Northerly 1446' of West <br />One-half of Southeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township <br />29, Range 23, subject to Fairview Avenue and <br />Terrace Drive <br /> <br />and the Southerly 1046' of the Northerly 1446' <br />of Westerly 245' of East One-half of Southeast <br />1/4 of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, <br /> <br />said improvement to consist of the installation of sanitary sewer <br />mains and water mains, and the pipes and appurtenances thereto, over, under <br />and across the above described public thoroughfare, and this report was <br />received by the Village Council on January 24, 1966. <br />
