NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Stats. Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 389, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of Thirty-Six Thousand, Two Hundred Fourteen Dollars ($36,214.00). 2. A public hearing shall be held on February 21, 1966 in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 p.m., and the Manager shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields, and upon a vote being taken thereon, all members present voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against the same. WHEREUPON, SAID RESOLUTION was declared duly passed and adopted.
