<br />City of Roseville - Planning Commission Minutes for July 12, 2006http://www.ci.roseville.mn.us/council/planning/minutes/2006/pm0712.htm <br />C ITY C OUNCIL <br />City of Roseville <br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Wednesday, July 12, 2006 <br />1.Call to Order <br />Planning Commission Chair Mark Traynor advised audience members that there would be a fifteen (15) minute delay in <br />starting the meeting. <br />Chair Traynor called the July 12, 2006 regular meeting of the City of Roseville Planning Commission to order at 7:19 PM <br />in the Roseville City Hall Council Chambers. <br />2.Roll Call and Introductions <br />Present: Chair Traynor; Commissioners Roe, Wozniak, Doherty, and Boerigter <br />Absent: Chair Traynor noted that Commissioner Mary Hawker Bakeman had previously advised that she would be on <br />Kedrick White due to an over-burdened work schedule; and, on behalf of the Commission, publicly thanked him for his <br />service and wished him well. Chair Traynor also introduced recently-hired Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd. <br />Staff present: Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd, City Planner Thomas Paschke, City Engineer Debra Bloom, Recording <br />Secretary Sheila Stowell <br />3.Approval of Minutes <br />No minutes were available <br />4.Communications and Recognitions <br />a.From the Public: <br />None <br />b.From the Commission: <br />None <br />5.Public Hearings <br />a.Planning File 3776: MSP Commercial request for PRELIMINARY PLAT approval to create a developable lot <br />from the vacant developable area located at 2700 Snelling Avenue between Pascal and the Service Drive. <br />This is in conjunction with the development of a 2-story, 37,096 square foot professional/medical building. <br />Chair Traynor opened the Public Hearing. <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke reviewed the request of MSP Commercial, in conjunction with JLT Roseville <br />Corporate Center LLC, for division of an existing 14.85 acre lot into two (2) legal, conforming commercial lots, for <br />construction of a two-story professional/medical building. <br />Staff recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat, based on the information provided and findings in Section 5, <br />and as conditioned in Section 6 of the staff report. <br />Mr. Paschke advised that he had received a number of calls regarding the potential development; permitted uses; <br />1 of 122/6/2007 11.11 <br /> <br />
