Variance Board Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, December 06, 2006 <br />Page 4 <br />No one appeared for or against the project at the hearing; and Chair Bakeman closed the <br />Public Hearing. <br />MOTION <br />Member Doherty moved, seconded by Member Boerigter to adopt Variance Board <br />Resolution No. 50 entitled, “A Resolution Approving a Variance to §1009.04B <br />(Institutional Uses) of the Roseville City Code for Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 2131 <br />Fairview Avenue (PF 3801);” allowing for a second freestanding ground/monument <br />sign adjacent to the Fairview Avenue access to Corpus Christi Church; based on the <br />comments and findings of Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the project <br />report dated December 6, 2006. <br />Ayes: 3 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Chair Bakeman advised the applicant of the appeal process timeframe. <br />5. Adjournment <br />Chair Bakeman adjourned the meeting at 5:36 p.m. <br />
