The attendance problem <br />was reviewed with him, and he was put on probation to <br />lmprove attendance. He was terminated after missing <br />four additional days. <br /> <br />Zielske has indicated to the grievant that he may take <br />his case to the state level at this point. <br /> <br />Zielske assigned the second grievant to Zalk. <br /> <br />F. Hays indicated there is much concern in the LMHRC <br />regarding the no-fault grievance training. The League <br />is writing a letter to the state Human Rights <br />Commissioner regarding its concerns. <br /> <br />Thomas indicated the Roseville Commission should go on <br />record as wanting the no-fault training to be as good <br />as it was in the past. <br /> <br />Hays suggested the newer Commission members should be <br />questloned regarding the new training methods. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Thomas indicated she has arranged for a Human Rights <br />display at Har Mar Mall. The display is to be staffed <br />by Human Rights Commission members, and will be open <br />from approximately 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The date of <br />the display is April 6. <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />It was suggested the display should include the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. The Human Rights brochure. <br />2. Zielske's Human Rights display. <br />3. League handouts. <br />4. Reduced copies of Human Rights lnformation. <br />j. Children's books which include ethnic diversity. <br />6. A no-fault grievance example <br />7. State Department handouts. <br /> <br />G. Zie1ske indicated Roger Wachter had advised him the <br />representatives of Rosedale and Har Mar had declined to <br />participate in a Human Rights Commission meeting. <br /> <br />H. Hays advised the Commission that the state meeting of <br />the League of Human Rights Commissions will be held in <br />St. Cloud this year. <br /> <br />I. Hays indicated the League is supporting two pieces of <br />legislation. One would allow a County to establish a <br />local Human Rights Commission. The other would require <br />adoption of rules regarding affirmative action plans <br />for the state government. <br />
