<br />Roseville Human Rights Commission Minutes Page 2 <br />February 10, 1987 <br /> <br />Thomas suggested that the Commissioners may want to <br />attend seminars put on by the Humphrey Institute <br />regarding various human rights issues. <br /> <br />Nackerud suggested that the Commission begin listing <br />kinds of seminars, etc., that are available regarding <br />human rights issues. Moorse was directed to send <br />a letter to the Humphrey Institute to get the Commis- <br />sion on their mailing list for seminars. <br /> <br />C. The Commission discussed attendance at Commission <br />meetings. The Commission members expressed hope that <br />all members feel positive about attending the meetings, <br />and that members let the Chairperson know in advance if <br />they cannot attend a meeting. <br /> <br />D. Thomas distributed five no-fault grievances to <br />Commissioners for follow-up with the grievants and <br />respondents. <br /> <br />E. The March meeting will include a farewell for Roger <br />Wachter at Romeo Salsa's. <br /> <br />IV. Next Meeting <br />The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10. The <br />subcommittees for Human Rights Day Essay Contest, Poster <br />Contest, and Martin Luther King Day will be set up. <br /> <br />V. Adjournment <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m. <br />
