<br />HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Tuesday, May 12, 1987 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br />The meeting was <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />called to order by Chairperson Nackerud at <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Members present: <br /> <br />David Bailey, Edythe Nackerud, Robert <br />King, Zoe Jenkins, Betchen Oberdorfer, <br />and Brenda Thomas. <br /> <br />Members absent: <br /> <br />Stanley Borden, Karen Matts, Thelma <br />McKenzie; and Staff, Ron Moorse. <br /> <br />III. Business <br /> <br />A. No Fault Grievance Training for Commission members. <br /> <br />B. Calling House and Senate conferees regarding support <br />for State Human Rights Department. (Present status.) <br /> <br />C. Thomas discussed a grievance she has been handling. <br />The respondent was informed that they handled the issue <br />of pregnancy improperly. <br /> <br />IV. Next Meetinq <br />We will not be meeting in the month of June. <br /> <br />V. Adjournment <br />
