Essav Contest <br />It was determined that the Essay Contest will not be <br />held this year, but will be held every other year. <br /> <br />5. Martin Luther Kinq Tribute <br />King indicated that McKenzie has confirmed Frank <br />Wharton for the Martin Luther King Tribute. An addi- <br />tional musical group is still needed, possibly the <br />High School Choir or something similar. <br /> <br />6. MLHRC Annual Meetinq <br />Those who wish to register to attend the annual meeting <br />need to contact Mardy at city Hall by September 21. <br /> <br />7. New Briqhton Human Riqhts Open House <br />Mary Litsheim will represent the Roseville Commission <br />at the New Brighton Human Rights Open House on <br />September 23. <br /> <br />V.
