The <br />- Minnesota Human Rights Act at Minnesota Statutes Chapter 363.03,~Subd. 1 <br />(4)( c) prohibits "an employer, employment agency, or labor organization... <br />to... cause to be printed or published a notice or advertisement that relates <br />to employment or membership and discloses a preference, limitation, <br />specification, or discrimination based on race, color, creed, religion, <br />national origin, sex, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, <br />disability, or age." <br /> <br />Our concern is your recent advertisement which [ <br />Enclosed is a copy with the areas of concern underlined. <br /> <br />, <br />J. <br /> <br />You should be aware that this practice could result in a charge of <br />discrimination and subsequent investigation by the Minnesota Department of <br />Human Rights.
