The <br />- Minnesota Human Rights Act, at Minnesota Statutes Chapter 363.03r subd. 2, <br />prohibits discrimination in housing due to a person's race, color, creed, <br />religion, national origin, sex, marital status, status with regard to public <br />assistance, disability, or familial status.
