Resolution <br />Whereas education outreach is a vital component of the <br />Roseville Human Rights Commission, and <br />Whereas the Human Rights Commissions of Falcon Heights, New <br />Brighton, Shoreview, and Roseville have undertaken joint <br />exploration of a collaborative venture to use the North Suburban <br />Community Television Network for educational purposes, and <br />Whereas, it is the intent of the Human Rights Commission to <br />formalize these undertakings. <br />Now therefore, be it resolved, <br />The Human Rights Commission requests the Roseville City Council to <br />authorize the Commission to review the feasibility of a joint <br />venture, with other Human Rights Commissions, regarding use of <br />Cable television for educational purposes. Further, that the <br />Commission provide the Council with a plan for implementation. <br />
