Anderson brought up an issue that was discussed during the <br />October, 1992 meeting concerning statistics on the number of <br />human rights violations that occurred in Roseville but were <br />reported directly to the MDHR. At the October meeting the <br />Commission asked if it was possible to get periodic updates <br />from the MDHR concerning these statistics. Anderson explained <br />that former Commission Chair Deutsch had written the MDHR many <br />times asking that this information be sent to the Commission <br />quarterly, but received no response. <br />X. Other Business <br />1) A memo from the MDHR was handed out stating that <br />orientation training on the Human Rights Act will be held <br />in Mankato, Minnesota on April 24, 1993 from 9:00 a.m. to <br />3:00 p.m. <br />2) Anderson provided a copy of the State statute on Sexual <br />Preference. The statute will be available through the <br />City to interested Commission members. <br />3) A review of the 1993 Goals and Objectives will be tabled <br />until the next meeting. <br />XI. Next Meeting <br />The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 1993 <br />at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. <br />XII. Adjournment <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br />
