Cable Update <br />There is no cable update. <br />V. Grievances <br />Two grievances were reported in August. <br />The first grievance involves a man who feels he was <br />discriminated against while trying to rent an apartment. <br />Borden set up two meetings with the man but the fellow did not <br />show up for either meeting. Borden is now waiting for the man <br />to contact him. <br />The second grievance involves a women who filed a grievance <br />against her condominium association and building manager <br />because of perceived sexual harassment. Anderson stated that <br />she had been in constant contact with both the grievant and <br />respondent. Anderson stated the grievant has given her a list <br />of issues which the grievant feels need to be addressed. The <br />respondent is now reviewing those issues and will come back <br />with their own list of concerns. Anderson stated that both <br />parties feel that they are being harassed by the other party. <br />IX. Other Business <br />McKenzie asked Bellefuil to write an article about Menanteau <br />to be placed in "Spotlight", a newsletter put out by the <br />League of MN Human rights Commissions. <br />X. Next Meeting <br />The next regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 9, <br />1993 at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. <br />XI. Adjournment <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m. <br />
