NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: By the Village Council for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and convenient that fee simple title be obtained over the property described as follows: That the North Fifty Feet (N.50') of the South Four Hundred Thirty Feet (S.430') of the following described parcel is for a storm water ditch and the remainder of said property hereinafter described is for a park site: The West Three Hundred Sixty-three feet (W.363') of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE~ of NW~) of Section Twelve (12), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23), except the North Five Hundred Twenty-eight feet (N.5281) thereof, lying and being in the County of Ramsey Minnesota. said property to be acquired by said Village by eminent domain proceedings. That the estate to be acquire in the property described above is fee simple interest for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a storm water ditch and a park site for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota. That the Village Attorneybe and he hereby is instructed to complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property set forth hereinabove under the statues of the State of Minnesota, and the said attorney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields I and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. and the following voted against the same: None -2-
