<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: By the Village <br />Council for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and <br />convenient that fee simple title be obtained over the property <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />That the North Fifty Feet (N.50') of the <br />South Four Hundred Thirty Feet (S.430') <br />of the following described parcel is for <br />a storm water ditch and the remainder of <br />said property hereinafter described is <br />for a park site: <br /> <br />The West Three Hundred Sixty-three feet (W.363') <br />of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NE~ of NW~) of Section Twelve (12), Township <br />Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23), except <br />the North Five Hundred Twenty-eight feet (N.5281) <br />thereof, lying and being in the County of Ramsey <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />said property to be acquired by said Village by eminent domain <br />proceedings. <br /> <br />That the estate to be acquire in the property described <br />above is fee simple interest for the purpose of constructing, <br />maintaining and operating a storm water ditch and a park site <br />for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />That the Village Attorneybe and he hereby is instructed <br />to complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under <br />the power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property set <br />forth hereinabove under the statues of the State of Minnesota, <br />and the said attorney is further instructed and directed to <br />take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings <br />to a conclusion. <br /> <br />The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Shields I and upon a vote <br />being taken, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />-2- <br />
