City Attornev's Opinion <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the opinion of the city <br />Attorney regarding how the Data Privacy Act applies to <br />the No-Fault Grievance process. The opinion is <br />attached as part of these minutes. <br /> <br />B. Human Riqhts Brochure <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the Human Rights brochure. The <br />brochure includes the names and telephone numbers of <br />all Commission members. Because of this, it becomes <br />outdated as soon as a new Commissioner is appointed. <br />The Commission discussed the possibility of putting an <br />insert in the brochure listing the Commission members. <br /> <br />The deletion of the Commission members from the <br />brochure would provide additional space for other <br />information. The Commission will discuss the brochure <br />at the January 10 meeting. <br /> <br />X. Next Meetinq <br /> <br />The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 1995, <br />at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />VI. Adiournment <br /> <br />stan Borden moved, Mike Hermes, seconded, that the meeting <br />be adjourned at 8:50 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: All present. <br />Nays: None. <br />
