Other Business <br />A. star of the North Games <br />Mike Hermes asked the Commission if they would like to <br />participate in this summer's star of the North Games. <br />He indicated it would be a good opportunity for the <br />Commission to get some publicity. The Commission <br />discussed the possibility of purchasing T-shirts for the <br />12 youth in the Torch Run at the opening Ceremonies on <br />Saturday, June 17. <br /> <br />Jill Bergquist moved, Larissa Rippley seconded, that the <br />Commission sponsor the Torch Run at the Star of the <br />North Games Opening Ceremony. The Commission will <br />provide T-shirts for the youth participants in the Torch <br />Run at a cost not to exceed $150. The imprint on the <br />shirt will be decided by the Commission. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: All present. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B. April 11 Meetinq <br />Stan Borden's final term on the Commission will expire <br />March 31. The Commission will recognize Stan's service <br />at the April 11 meeting. <br /> <br />X.
