<br />Human Rights Commission Notes <br />(no quorum) <br />Tuesday May 8, 2001 <br /> <br />The Commission met without a quorum begirming at 7:00 p.m. Present members: Philip <br />Crump, Howard Wagner, Thelma McKenzie, Alexis Orosz and Jill Bergquist along with <br />the staff liaison. <br /> <br />The members present reviewed the videotapes from past Commission education efforts. <br />Chair Alexis Orosz requested that the staffliaison secure copies of the Teaching <br />Tolerance tapes for the next meeting. Thelma McKenzie mentioned that she would take <br />a refresher course on video production at CTV. Alexis asked that staff also get copies of <br />the Children Who Care booklet produced by the City of Shoreview and compile <br />information submitted by Jill Bergquist from files on the Commission she maintained at <br />home for the next Commission meeting on June 12, 200 I. The Commission will <br />establish the essay contest question at the next meeting. <br /> <br />The meeting closed at 8: 10 p.m. <br /> <br />HRCnotes5801 <br />
