In order to improve County Road C/Snelling A venue intersection operations to LOS D, the <br />following geometric improvements are recommended: <br /> <br />County Road C at Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />Construct an additional north and southbound through lane along Snelling A venue <br />Construct an additional eastbound and westbound left-turn lane <br />(dual left-turn lanes) <br /> <br />. The improvements identified at County Road C/Snelling A venue for existing conditions are <br />assumed in the year 2030 build analysis. All key intersections are expected to operate poorly <br />(LOS F) under year 2030 Scenario IA build conditions. Twelve out of 14 key intersections <br />are expected to operate poorly (LOS F) under year 2030 Scenario IB build conditions. <br /> <br />. The analysis results shown below in Table 10 represent the level of service operations at each <br />of the key intersections with reasonable/feasible recommended improvements in order to <br />improve operations. It is evident that under year 2030 Scenario I A build conditions, four <br />intersections continue to operate at undesirable LOS E or worse. This is due to the <br />limitations placed on the recommended improvements (reasonable/feasible versus <br />unconstrained improvements). <br /> <br />Table 10 <br />P.M.
