<br />. Northwestern is proposing additional full time students. How does this relate to <br />increased number of people and traffic? <br />. The PUD documents suggest water quality improvement Best Management Practices. <br />Comments were made regarding the lack of specificity for these improvements. <br /> <br />We have attached maps and some additional information provided by Northwestern. A memo <br />from our traffic consultant, SRF, is attached as well, summarizing their review of the traffic <br />study submitted by Northwestern. Representatives of Northwestern College's consultant will <br />present an overview of their proposal and field questions from the commission. <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br />Provide feedback on impacts and concerns for submission to the Planning Commission and City <br />Council. <br />
