Introductions/Roll Call <br /> <br />Commission members present: Randy Neprash, Joel Fischer, Jim <br />DeBenedet and Jan Vanderwall <br /> <br />Commission members absent: Ernie Willenbring <br /> <br />Staff present: Deb Bloom, City Engineer <br /> <br />Others present: None <br /> <br />New commission member Jan Vanderwall was sworn in. <br /> <br />2. Public Comments <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />3. Approval of March 27,2007, Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Member Neprash wanted a change to the last paragraph on Page 2. Sub <br />manholes was typed, and it should have been sump manholes. <br /> <br />Member Neprash also brought up part of the discussion of the County <br />Road C Streetscape (Item 8). They had discussed the prairie approach <br />verses the semi-formal approach. Deb Bloom said she had included their <br />ideas in the Council Action, and it would be added to the PWETC <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Member Neprash moved to approve the minutes with corrections noted of <br />the March 27,2007, meeting of the Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission.
