<br />Planning Commission Meeting <br />Minutes - Wednesday, May 02, 2007 <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />Mr. Stark advised that staff anticipated their formal request for funding to come before <br />the City Council at their last June meeting, or first July meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Boerigter expressed his personal frustration with the ongoing delays in <br />beginning the project to provide completion in a timely fashion. <br /> <br />Commissioner Gottfried left the meeting at this time; 9:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Further discussion included the advantage of public input received through the <br />Imagine Roseville 2025 visioning process and incorporation of that integral data into <br />the update process; updating of the timeline by staff as the process continued; and <br />staff's interpretation of three (3) sections requiring the most intensive work: land use, <br />economic development/redevelopment; and transportation. <br /> <br />Mr. Stark noted that staff would e-mail the RFQ's to Planning Commissioners. <br /> <br />MOTION <br />Member Bakeman moved, seconded by Wozniak to CONTINUE Planning File <br />3692 of the Roseville Comprehensive Plan Update Process. <br /> <br />Ayes: 6 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />9. Information and Reports <br />Staff distributed various educational and resource materials to the Commissioners. <br /> <br />10. Adjournment <br />Chair Bakeman thanked staff for their research and preparation for tonight's meeting; and <br />adjourned the meeting at 9:28 p.m. <br />
