EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 29, 1966. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on January 29, 1966, at 9:30 a.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm; and Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields, and no members were absent. Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1459 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT. WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1448 of the Village Council adopted January 17, 1966, a report has been prepared by the Banister Engineering Company with reference to the improvement of the real property lying within the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, and this report was received by the Council on January 19, 1966, and WHEREAS, it is feasible and expedient and economically beneficial to the Village to combine this Roseville Improvement 66-12, with Roseville Improvement 66-11, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED :BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Council will consider the improvement of such real property in accordance with the report and the assessment of the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Stats., Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended) at an estimated cost of Rosevil1e Improvement 66-12 of $168,159.00.
