2. Public hearings shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of February, 1966, at the Gymnasium of the Lexington Elementary School, 2151 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., and at the Cafetorium of the Alexander Ramsey High School, 1261 W. Highway 36, Rosevil1e, Minnesota, on the 25th day of February, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearings and improvement as required by law. 3. That this Roseville Improvement 66-12 and Roseville Improvement 66-11 are hereby combined and shall hereinafter be referred to as Roseville Improvement 66-11. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, all members voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against the same. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
