EXHIBIT A NOTICE OF HEARING ON STORM SEWER HlPROVEf-1ENT 66-11, VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CQ"iCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota will meet at the Gynasium of the Lexington Elementary School, 2151 North Lexington Avenue, on the 24th day of February, 1966, at 7: 30 0' clock P ,M, and at the Cafetorium of the Alexander Ramsey High School, 1261 1\'. Highway 36, on the 25th Jay of February, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. to hold public hearings pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Cahpter 429, as amended, on proposed Storm Sewer Improvement (Improvement 66-11) consisting of the proposed construction of 'Lateral and Trunk Storm Sewers to convey service runoff of storm drainage waters in that area proposed to be assessed and all substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineering report of the Banister Engineering Company. TIle cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $581,728. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes the property situated within the following described boundary: Legal Description: The area of this proposed improvement shall be all that part of' Sections 11. 12 and 14, T 29. R 23 lying within the following described boundary: Commencing at the NE corner of Section 14, T 29. R 23. said corner being the intersection of the centerline of County Road "B" and the centerline of Dale Street; thence S'1y 1837.75' along the East line of Section 14, which is the centerline of Dale Street; thence W'ly 1314.80' to the West line of the S~ of the N~ of Section 14;' thence N'1y 853.15' along the West line of the S~ of the N~ of Section 14 and the West line of the N~ of the N~ of Section 14; thence WIly 874.78' along a line 327.85' North of and parallel to the South line of the NW~ of the N~ of Section 14; thence N'ly 80'; thence W'ly 437.72' along a line 407.85' North of and parallel to the South line of the NW~ of the N~ of Section 14 to a point on the West line of the NW~ of the N~ of Section 14, which is the centerline of Victoria Street; thence N'ly 117.15' along the centerline of Victoria Street; thence W'ly 141.97' across Victoria Street and along the North R/w line of Parker Avenue; thence N'ly 230' to a point 260' North of the " centerline of Parker'Avenue; thence W'ly approx. 2215.68' along a line 260' North of and parallel to the centerline of Parker Avenue to a point on the East line of Lot 29, Block 1, Frankson's Garden Plateau; thence
