<br />~J /L/7c? <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />February 21, 1966 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 21st day of <br />February, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The fo llowing members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br />and the following were absent: None <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication <br />of notice of hearing on proposed Improvement No. 65-46 in accordance <br />with the resolution adopted January 24, 1966, which affidavit was <br />examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed <br />by the Clerk. The Village Clerk also exhibited a Certificate of <br />Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, which <br />certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Clerk. <br />The Mayor then directed the Clerk to read the description of <br />the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement <br />and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the <br />published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br />names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the <br />Council, and the substance of the views presented by them were as <br /> <br />follows: <br />
