Mr. Jean Parranto representing the property owners involved requested consideration be given to past sanitary sewer and water assessments and taken into account in determining the assessment. After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing at the public hearing for Improvement No. 65-46, Trustee Shields then introduced the fOllowing resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 1473 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-46 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed construction of Improvement No. 65-46, consisting of the installation of sanitary sewer mains and water mains and the pipes and appurtenances thereto, over, under and across the public thoroughfare as described in the notice of hearing at a cost presently estimated to be approximately $36,214.00, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property abutting on the public thoroughfare as described in the notice of hearing; and that Banister Engineering Co. is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the construction of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Curley, and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following voted against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
