<br />Mr. Jean Parranto representing the property owners involved <br />requested consideration be given to past sanitary sewer and water <br />assessments and taken into account in determining the assessment. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing for Improvement No. 65-46, Trustee <br /> <br />Shields then introduced the fOllowing resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1473 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-46 UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public <br />hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed construction <br />of Improvement No. 65-46, consisting of the installation of <br />sanitary sewer mains and water mains and the pipes and appurtenances <br />thereto, over, under and across the public thoroughfare as described <br />in the notice of hearing at a cost presently estimated to be <br />approximately $36,214.00, and substantially in accordance with the <br />preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof which <br />is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and having <br />considered the views of all interested persons and being fully <br />advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and <br />order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, <br />and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said <br />Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor <br />shall include the property abutting on the public thoroughfare as <br />described in the notice of hearing; and that Banister Engineering <br />Co. is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final <br />plans and specifications for the construction of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Trustee Curley, and upon roll call vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
