<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 28, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />said Village on February 28, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm; and <br />Trustees Shields, Curley, Goodrich and Grauel, <br /> <br />and no members were absent. <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1479 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PART OF IMPROVEMENT 66-11 AND <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolutions No. 1457 and 1459 of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, adopted <br />January 29, 1966, fixed the dates for the Council hearings <br />on the proposed improvement known as Improvement 66-11, <br />which is a combined improvement and proposes laying storm <br />sewers and appurtenances in two separate areas in the Village <br />of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one area of Improvement 66-11, hereinafter <br />referred to as Area No. I of the Improvement 66-11, lies <br />South of County Road B-2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the second area of Improvement 66-11, hereinafter <br />referred to as Area No. II of Improvement 66-11, lies North <br />of County Road B-2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearings <br />through two weekly publications of the required notice was <br />given and hearings were held thereon on the 24th day of <br />February, 1966, and the 25th day of February, 1966, at <br />which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />
