NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That such improvement in the area known as Area No. II of Improvement 66-11 is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution Nos. 1448 and 1447 adopted January 17, 1966. 2. That the Village Council of the Village Roseville has not yet determined what action to take regarding Area No. I of Improvement 66-11 and is presently considering the matter further. 3. That Banister Engineering Company is hereby designated as the engineer for that part of the improvement known as Area No. II of Improvement 66-11 and shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of that part of the improvement as ordered in by this Resolution. The motion for the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley, and upon a vote being taken thereon, all members voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against the same. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
