<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 28, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village <br />Hall in said Village on the 28th day of February, 1966, at <br />7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm; and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields, <br /> <br />and no members were absent. <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1480. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 66-10. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1458 date dJanuary 29, <br />1966 of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed <br />improvement of County Road C from the east right of way line <br />of Dale to the west right of way line of Rice Street by the <br />installation of concrete curbs and gutters, and the widening <br />of County Road C to include 41 feet of bituminous pavement: <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the <br />hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice <br />was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 25th day of <br />February, 1966, at which all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a proposed agreement has been agreed <br />upon between the County of Ramsey and the Village of Roseville <br />wherein Ramsey County will prepare the plans and specifications <br />and construct said improvement and other improvements and by <br />the terms of said agreement the Village will reimburse said <br />County of Ramsey, and <br />
