NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That such Improvement 66-10 is hereby ordered as proposed in Resolution No. 1446 of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota. 2. The Village Manager and Mayor are hereby authorized and directed to execute the attached agreement with Ramsey County, which is marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. 3. The Village Manager shall prepare a certified copy of this Resolution and forward the same to the Ramsey County Engineering Department. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon a vote being taken thereon, all members present voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against the same. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
