<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MARCH 14, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota was duly called and held at the Village <br />Hall in said Village on the 14th day of March, 1966, at <br />7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholmi and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields, <br /> <br />and no members were absent. <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1486. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 66-9. <br /> <br />vm:EREAS, Resolution No. 1456 dated January 29, <br />1966, of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed <br />improvement of County Road B from the east right of way line <br />of Lexington Avenue to the West right of way line of Dale <br />Street by the installation of concrete curbs and gutters, <br />and the widening of County Road B to include 41 feet of <br />bituminous pavementi and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the <br />hearing through two weekly publications of the required <br />notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the <br />24th day of February, 1966, at which all persons desiring <br />to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a proposed agreement has been agreed <br />upon between the County of Ramsey and the Village of Roseville <br />wherein Ramsey County will prepare the plans and specifications <br />and construct said improvement and other improvements and by <br />the terms of said agreement the Village will reimburse said <br />County of Ramsey, <br />
