<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That such Improvement 66-9 is hereby <br />ordered as proposed in Resolution No. 1445 of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager and Mayor are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute the attached agreement <br />with Ramsey County, which is marked Exhibit "A" and attached <br />hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> <br />3.
