<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MARCH 14, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on March 14, 1966 at 7:30 p.m. The <br />following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Member Shields <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1490 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 5, 1964, the Village of Roseville, hereinafter <br />called the "Village" and the Roseville Water Company, hereinafter called the <br />"Company" entered into an agreement; and part of said agreement provided as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Following the sale of the waterworks to the Village I <br />the Village shall retain certain sums of money pending <br />final determination of the personal property taxe s of <br />the Company; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Village shall pay certain sums to the Company for <br />legitimate outstanding bills due the Company at the time <br />of the takeover by the Village; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WrlEREAS, the Company on August 9, 1965 submitted to the Village <br />a list of delinquent accounts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village investigated said delinquent account list, and <br />disputes in part the amounts due on said delinquent account list; and <br />
