It is hereby determined by the Village Council that the <br />present sum being retained pending the final determination of personal <br />property taxes of the Company shall be increased by the amount shown on <br />Exhibit A, or One Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($116.00), making the total <br />amount now withheld Two Thousand, Six Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($2,616.00). <br /> <br />7.
