EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAC,E COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL II, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 11th day of April, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Goodrich and moved its adoption. introduced the following Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 1500 RESOLlTTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESSMENT ON CERTAIN PROPERTY WHICH IS A PART OF WATER IMPROVEMENT 62-1 AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT I WHEREAS, the assessment roll on Water Improvement 62-1 was adopted by Resolution No. 844 dated the 14th day of October, 1963; and WHEREAS, the assessment roll on Sanitary Sewer Improvement I was adopted by Resolution No. 491 dated the 6th day of October, 1957 and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, and W1iEREAS, there was an erroneous frontage in computing the assessment, and WHEREAS, the Manager has notified the Council that said supplemental assessment has now been completed and filed in his office for public inspection, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSE VI LLE , MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 9th day of May, 1966, at the Vi llage Hall, at 7: 30 p. m. to pass upon such proposed supp lemental assessment and at such time and place the owners of the properties affected by such improvement will be given the opportunity to be heard with reference to such supplemental assessment.
