The Village Manager is hereby directed to cause notices <br />of the hearing on the proposed supplemental assessment to be published <br />once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, <br />and he shall cause mailed notices to be given to the owners of the <br />parcels of property proposed for the supplemental assessment, which are <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Zimmerman Office Park <br />Subj to St; the fol: ex W 250 ft; Lot 1 Blk 2 & ex W <br />250 ft of part lying S of a line 460 ft N from & par <br />with S line of sd lot 1 Blk 2, Lot 1, Blk 1.
