THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and expedient that the Village acquire permanent easements across the properties described as follows: Easement No. St-401: The North 200 Feet of the North 400 Feet of the West 175.7 Feet of Section 13, T 29, R 23 subject to roads except the following: Commencing at a point on the North line of said Section 13, said paint lying 95 feet East of the Nw corner of said Section 13; thence Slly parallel with and 95 Feet distant from the West line of said Section 13, a distance of llO Feet; thence Selly to a point on the East line of said parcel; which line is parallel to and 175.7 Feet distant from said West line of said Section 13, said point lying 165 Feet South of the North line of said Section 13; thence N 'ly along said East line 165 Feet to the North line of said Sectim 13; thence Wily approximately 80.7 Feet to the point of beginning. EaSEm ent No. St-402: All that part of the E 950 Feet of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 14, T 29, R 3, subject to roads lying 10 Feet on either side of the following described line: Commencing at a paint on the North line of said Section 14, said point lying 58 Feet West of the NE corner of said Section 14; thence S'ly along a line lying parallel to and 58 Feet distant from the East line of said Section 14, a distance of 95 Feet; thence deflect 450to the right a distance of 65 Feet and there terminating. Easement No. St-403: The E'ly 35 Feet of Lot 18 of Copes Subdivision of Lot 1 of the SE 1'/4 of Section 11, T 29, R 23. That permanent easements be acquired for the purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating underground storm sewer lines, pipes, and appur- tenances for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, together with ingress and egress.
